Originally from Buffalo, New York, Justin brings East Coast grit, focus, and a great sense of humor to the firm. He’s a detail-driven paralegal who balances hard work with an easygoing approach that makes him great to work with.
Justin is married to his soulmate, Aleta Esparza-Teal, and is a proud dad to two awesome boys. Outside of work, you’ll find him working out, enjoying good food at nice restaurants with his wife, or watching sports with his boys. Quality time for Justin is non-negotiable.
One thing that surprises people about Justin: he’s a kidney transplant recipient, a life experience that’s shaped his perspective and resilience. His favorite snack is cookies (no judgment here), and his coffee of choice is vanilla Starbucks Keurig pods with cream and Splenda, I would say reliable and efficient, just like him. When he’s not working, he’s most likely at the gym, which is currently his favorite hobby.
If Justin could take a free vacation, he’d be heading straight to the Bahamas. His guilty pleasure TV pick? Love After Lockup, because everyone needs a little reality TV chaos now and then.
He’s an early bird, and loves his sweets, Justin is firmly team dog.
