Originally from Russia and now based in Nicaragua, Anna Dyachenko is a multilingual powerhouse who speaks Russian, Spanish, English—and probably a few more just for fun. As our Intake Specialist and Legal Assistant, she’s the warm voice of reassurance and the sharp mind behind the scenes, guiding clients through their first steps with us like it’s second nature.
Anna has a heart of gold and a thing for flowers. Real, embroidered, plastic—you name it. If it’s floral, she’s here for it. She works hard every day for her mom, her sister, and her three beloved dogs. (And yes—she’s still trying to find a professional way to say, “I like dogs more than people.”)
She also has an uncanny ability to memorize license plates, a not-so-secret addiction to Candy Crush (level 6,721) and Soda Crush (8,861), and a steady supply of calm and kindness that makes her an irreplaceable part of the team.
Fluent in three languages and fluent in getting things done—with a few paws, petals, and puzzle levels along the way—Anna keeps us grounded, connected, and always moving forward.
