Meet Karen, one of the dedicated members of our team. Originally born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in California, she brings a warm, steady presence to the firm. Outside of work, Karen loves spending time with her husband and her two energetic Pomeranians.
Unlike many in the office, Karen operates completely caffeine-free, keeping things simple and relying on natural energy to power through her day. Lately, she has picked up a creative artistic hobby: crafting intricate, custom gelatins in different flavors and designs. When she is unwinding, she enjoys watching movies, taking trips to the beach, or relaxing with a good book. She is an early bird, a dog lover, and someone who appreciates clear, efficient communication.
Karen lives by the belief that you only fail if you quit or give up on yourself. If she had a billboard out on I-15, it would read, “She kept showing up even when she was scared, and that is how her life changed.”
Her resilience, positive outlook, and commitment to showing up every day make Karen a true asset to the Hale Injury Law team.
