Jean Patricia Ruiz has an AA in Psychology. She started as a receptionist and has worked her way from medical records to legal assistant. Because there is so much to do to keep an office running smoothly, Ruiz is always busy helping everyone in the office work more efficiently. When not juggling multiple tasks at the office, she loves to sit back and enjoy the quiet solitude of drawing—even more so if there’s a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with Caramel Drizzle at her elbow.
